Date: Saturday, Aug. 4 Time: 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Place: Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History, 100 W. Broadway, Frankfort, Ky. Learn research strategies from nationally respected certified genealogist Paula-Stuart Warren, who will present four sessions: * finding ancestral places of origin * locating information in newspapers stored in expected and unexpected places * exploring records about farmers and ancestral farms * learning about resources available in major archives throughout the midwest. Bonus: Each person attending will be eligible to win one of at least six DNA genealogy research test kits, each valued at about $100.
