Learn to quiet the mind, cope well with stress, and deepen resilience through Mindfulness Meditation practice. This 5-week course, which meets on Wednesdays at 4:45 pm, provides step-by-step guidance in the practice of meditation and in how to increase mindfulness in daily life. It will also introduce several sample mindfulness techniques designed for children, for school teachers who wish to help their students experience the benefits of meditation. We will provide a certificate of completion for participants who have completed this course.
