University of Kentucky Fine Arts Building, Room 10

The Fine Arts Building is located on Rose Street and is home to the College of Fine Arts. It includes the Tuska Gallery of Contemporary Art and the Guignol Theatre.

The building was completed in 1950 on the site of Maxwell Springs, once part of the property which included Maxwell Place.
