English pub with American twist. Prices were comparable to a chain restaurant. Service was outstanding. One of the best meals I've had out in a long time. You must try the Tipsy Laird dessert!
I enjoy going to The Pub. I enjoy the atmosphere, the extensive beer selections, and the food. Even if not authentic Brit... its a change of pace and taste from the typical Kentucky eateries. A must try is their signature Bloody Mary... if you are going to go there... don't just settle for the regular bloody mary... get their special Bloody Mary served with a side car (5 oz) of ale. It's definitely worth the extra $'s. Everything that I have tried there has been fantastic. My husband likes the fish 'n chips (says he can't find fish 'n chips like that many places in KY... he's from New England.)
The Pub is definitely worth a try if you enjoy a fun atmosphere and ale... and just a touch of England.

Leave it to corporate America to supersize a British institution. I noticed The Pub, flying the Union Jack alongside the American flag, while driving behind Fayette Mall one day. All I could think was: That's a pub? It's so big.
