Did you know that ceramic artists use math every day to make their art? Imagine measuring and mixing clay and colorful glazes, creating a design with ceramic tiles, applying patterns to bowls and platters, and heating the kiln to make your work come out just right. In this class we will learn to apply basic geometry, measurement, and fractions in different clay projects using hand building techniques.
