The one and only Gurney Norman returns to the Morris Book Shop to read from and sign the new edition of "Ancient Creek."
Set in a fictional hill-domain resembling our own Appalachia, "Ancient Creek" follows the struggles of native hill folk against colonialist invaders. This edition also includes essays about the story by Jim Wayne Miller, Annalucia Accardo, Dee Davis, and Kevin I. Eyster, with an afterword from Gurney himself.
