Hatha Yoga refers to physical poses and sequences of poses designed to focus your mind on alignment of muscles and bones while coordinating movement of your body with your breath. Students receive individual attention while learning and practicing traditional poses, the importance of linking the breath with movement, and the use of props to assist with alignment, balance and stability, enabling you to enjoy the full benefits of a pose with ease while your body gains in strength and flexibility.
