Meditation Starter Course
This 5-week course introduces simple meditation techniques to help you unclutter your mind and approach life events with increased strength, calm and awareness. The class meets on 5 Mondays (from Nov 19 through Dec 17) from 7:15-8:15 pm. Pre-registration is necessary. Optional group practice sessions are available to those who complete the course, to boost home practice.
