A FREE Introduction to Mindfulness. Join Toni Reiss, M.S., teacher of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, to hear about how mindfulness can be used to reduce the stress of everyday life-whether from family, work, illness, or other aspects of life that challenge our ability to cope. This workshop will introduce some of the practices of the MBSR program such as sitting meditation and gentle movement, discuss the format of the eight (8) week program and answer your questions.
