Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an intensive multi class program based on the UMass model started by Jon Kabat-Zinn. The program is designed to change the way you relate to and cope with stress. At the heart of the program is the belief that mindfulness practices will mobilize your inner wisdom and healing resources. The program consists of eight (8) weekly classes plus one all day retreat style class.
