Colleen Toutant—Explore alternative methods of manipulating fabric to create three-dimensional sculpture. Students will have the choice to use representation or abstraction to create plush (stuffed), wrapped or wire armature-based fabric sculptures. We will also experiment with different surface design techniques including embroidery, appliqué and simple dyeing.
