Thirsting Thursdays: A Spiritual Happy Hour, hosted by Nia Community of Faith

Nia Community of Faith hosts Thirsting Thursdays: A Spiritual Happy Hour every third Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm beginning Thursday, February 16, 2012 at the Nia Gathering Spot (921 Beasley Street, Suite 150, Lexington, Kentucky 40509). Neo-soul, jazz, and hip hop music, spoken word, poetry, art expressions, and networking along with refreshments are the fare of the evening. Local spoken word artists, musicians, artists, and poets are invited to “Bless the Mic” by submitting a mp3 file, a… Show more pdf file, or a YouTube video to TheMovement@windstream.net no later than the Friday prior to each Thirsting Thursdays. February’s theme is “Spiritual Reciprocity.”
