Blue Line

Several of my co-workers and I decided to celebrate a birthday by going to lunch. We went to lunch at Blueline Diner. We were the only table there besides 4 people at the bar and 5 firefighters at another table. The service was awful! We waited 20 minutes to order. The waitress wrote down our orders but got every single one of them wrong. Each person got their food at different times. One person's food was so late that he had to box it and take it back to the office. We asked to see the manager and he came out 15 minutes later. Didn't say that he was the manager, just stood there with the food. We had to ask if he was the manager then he asked us what we wanted him to do to compensate us for our time, the wrong food, and the horrible service. You are a manager, you should have already had a plan!! So my advice is never eat there ever!! I have been there about 6 times and the service is always slow but this takes the cake. No more going back for me!
