I've been to Fusion Cafe' around 20 times. The menu is helpful with descriptions and pictures so that a novice to Vietnamese Food can choose with some knowledge. The Spring Rolls are my favorite - a chilled moist rice paper wrapping fresh lettuce, sprouts, shrimp and pork and a peanut sauce for dipping ($4 for four nice pieces). I adore the Pho Soup that mixes vegetables and meats with a hearty broth and fresh sprouts, lime, mint and jalapenos on the side to add if you wish ($6.95 reg, $7.95 lg) with huge bowls. The chicken and beef entres, served with either noodles or rice, is grilled and really flavorful ($6-$8). To finish they have an array of healthful shakes - avacado, strawberry, and others. I used to have to travel to Louisville's Vietnamese Kitchen to satiate my need for good, fresh uniquely Vietnamese food. Now, I'm very thankful for Fusion Cafe'.
