Mostly Waltz

The first Friday of each month LVDS hosts a casual, mostly waltz event with live music. A workshop precedes the actual dance. On Oct. 2 dance to the music of "Black Coffee," the workshop will be basic waltz. On Nov. 6, the music is "Mostly Music" and the class is schottische, and Dec. 4 the music is "Reel World Three" and the class is in waltz variations. This event includes a fun sampler of vintage dances including waltzes, polkas, tangos, schottisches as well as swing and foxtrot and others.
