Rick's White Light Diner

On a planned trip to Frankfort, I crossed the 'singing bridge' and to my delight found an old run-down building. If driving by this structure, you would not stop. If you knew what was inside, you would. The White Light Diner is a complete surprise. A picnic table outside, a couple tables inside and a row of bar stools is all the seating that this small diner has. But the product it puts on each plate is spectacular. Not only will you enjoy the food, but will have an exceptional time with Chef Rick Paul and Slim who have also been featured in Southern Living magazine and 101 Best Places to Try in Kentucky.
